you cant grow coffee plants anywhere.  right?  Think about Apple for Washington Stat, Oranges from Florida, cherries from California, Wheat from Kansas, Texas barley, Dates from the middle-east,  China teas...  Well, coffee is grown all over the world but each region has a different taste profile. that is what makes coffee great.

We can look at whet makes a region coffee growing worthy.  We can look at similarities to most great coffee bean growing regions. While there are over forty species varieties of coffee cherries, most are hybrids of   arabica or robusta.

Robusta- commonly refered to some as the inferior bean, but that is not true.  While Arabicia taste better when prepared as pour-over or drip coffee.

There are over forty species varieties of cherries or plants.  I want to try them all and not just trust the group of people that say "Arabicia only"
