Are your customers raving about " Greatest tasting coffee ever" ? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones. That is a big part of the coffee business, There are some really good coffees being marketed as The greatest coffee ever!!! And if it sells really well, then to some truth is probably is really good coffee, IS it great? Testimonials are only as good as there market nitch. Most coffee drinkers will pay a few dollars for coffee. Many will pay $20 for a daily cup if they KNEW it was the best. But most will say what can I get for bit cheaper. rare will cost more, and it is not always better tasting. Sometimes the uniqueness is enough. the complexity that is UN-matched is worth $28 a cup?
Robusta- commonly refered to some as the inferior bean, but that is not true. While Arabicia taste better when prepared as pour-over or drip coffee.
Freshly roasted beans give the most prominent crema in an espresso shot. ... For that reason, a properly grown robusta can actually taste delicious as a single origin espresso. Also, the species naturally has a higher content of caffeine and produces more crema than arabica,
so. even your local barista may not know that they are serving robusta in their Espresso machines . don't be afraid to try different coffee beans. I just recently discovered peabearry beans- they are really good!! There are over forty species varieties of cherries or plants. I want to try them all and not just trust the group of people that say "Arabicia only"
